After three days of rest in Madrid we come to tell you about our second experience in Valencia. It has been a long and intense weekend with an incredible group.
We arrived on Friday morning by car, dropped off our luggage and headed to the Asociación Jardín Secreto place. That day we had private suspension and transition lessons and then we all went to one of our favorite sushi restaurants to catch up. 🙂
The next day we went to the place where the workshops would be held. It was a circus and aerial space with a very high ceiling and many suspension points and mats. The weekend was focused on partial suspensions: basic suspension structures, handling lines, positions and classic shapes, initiation to transitions, etc. We divided the class into two groups and everyone shot up their level throughout the workshop. They tied their own best, without egos or prejudices of any kind. It was wonderful to see them grow and build up their confidence with fairly intense and demanding ties and, above all, to have fun, which is the most important thing.
We are deeply grateful to have had them on this course and for their commitment, enthusiasm and creativity - see you next time!
